The Cuisinart TOA-70 and TOA-65 are in similar size, but the TOA-65 has more functions.
The TOA-95 is like a larger size of the TOA-65, but with a few more features.
The main difference between Cuisinart TOA-65, TOA-70 and TOA-95 are as follows:
- LCD Display
The Cuisinart TOA-65 and TOA-95 have a LCD screen that “displays cooking functions, toast shade and slices, temperature, cooking/countdown timer, clock time, fan speed and defrost”.
Whereas the TOA-70 does not have the digital display.
- Cooking Functions
The TOA-70 has the least functions whereas the TOA-95 has the most functions.
The TOA-70 has the following functions: Warm, Broil, Convection Broil, Toast, Bake, Convection Bake, AirFry and Grill.
The TOA-65 has Toast, Bagel, Bake, Broil, Pizza, Roast, Dehydrate, Proof, Low, AirFry (+presets: wings, fries, nuggets, snacks and vegetables.), Reheat, Warm, Dual Cook.
The TOA-95 has Toast, Bagel, Bake, Broil, Pizza, Roast, Reheat, AirFry (+presets: wings, fries, nuggets, snacks and vegetables.), Warm, Low, Proof, Dehydrate, Slow Cook, Dual Cook.
In addition to being able to program the temperature and time for AirFrying, the TOA-65 and TOA-95 have presets to take the guesswork out of frying wings, fries, nuggets, snacks and vegetables.
The TOA-65 and TOA-95 also have a defrost button for use with Toast, Bagel, Pizza, and certain AirFry presets.
And the TOA-95 has a Preheat button which is used to preheat the oven before cooking.
The TOA-95 has a Slow Cook function which the other two models do not feature. The Slow Cook setting is
recommended for foods that require longer cooking times at lower temperatures.
The Dual Cook function on the TOA-65 and TOA-95 is a feature that enables you to “combine two cooking
functions or two temperatures and run them consecutively. This is ideal for those recipes that require multiple cooking steps”.
The TOA-70 does not have this function.
The TOA-70 is the only one has Grill function and comes with Grill/Griddle Plate.
“The Grill function can be used to cook burgers, steak, poultry, fish and vegetables.”
“The reversible griddle can be used to cook quesadillas, French toast, hash browns and breakfast meats.”
If you need a convection oven as a dehydrator, you need the TOA-65 and TOA-95, since they have the Dehydrate function that turns them into a dehydrator to dry or dehydrate food.
The Cuisinart TOA-95 is the largest, it has 0.95-cubic feet interior. It can airfry up to 4 pounds of fried food, toast 9 slices of bread, or bake a 13” pizza or fit a 9” x 13” baking pan;
the TOA-65 and TOA-70 have 0.6-cubic feet interiors, can airfry up to 3 pounds of food, toast 6 bagel halves, or bake a 12-inch pizza.
- Fan Speed Control
The TOA-65 and TOA-95 allow you to change the fan speed from Low to High whereas the TOA-70 does not have the control.
The Cuisinart TOA-70 is the cheapest, the TOA-95 is approximately 100 dollars more expensive than the TOA-70, whereas the TOA-65 is a bit cheaper than the TOA-95.
- Rack Positions
The TOA-65 and TOA-70 has 2 Rack/Pan/Basket Positions whereas the TOA-95 has 3.
- Max Cooking Time
The TOA-70 allows you to set up to 60 minutes whereas the TOA-65 and TOA-95 can be set to dehydrate food for up to 72 hours.
- Temperature Range
The TOA-70 allows you to set from Warm to 250F to 450F whereas the TOA-65 and TOA-95 have temperature range from 80F to 450F.
The Warm function has a temperature of about 150F.
So, if you need to dehydrate or proof which require lower temperature, you need the TOA-65 and TOA-95.
